The store lead is responsible for supporting the store manager and leadership team to achieve all store goals, and initiatives through driving sales, coaching, talent, and executing company initiatives. It is critical that a store lead represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, demonstrates exceptional customer service and drives a consistent message to all team members.
